Everything around us has its own energy. Something that might seem like it would be good Feng Shui might carry memories that hold us back. Is the energy around your supportive, or not?
Clarity is the secret sauce when it comes to Feng Shui. It’s easy to create the energy of a loving family in the home, but following our deepest dreams is harder. That’s where Feng Shui comes in handy.

As a meditation teacher, it’s my job to tell you that you should meditate. But I’m not going to. Meditation is the worst. It sucks. Don’t do it.
